I've got a job at a big company recently, with very high rates on glassdoor, and after joining I was assigned very dull tasks.... no one wanted to do. I'm a tech guy, and software there was horrible, well... horrible is an understatement. 95% of the talks over the period I work there, were DEI, 5% were tech. I've quit after a few weeks and joined a smaller company with dozens of bad reviews in glassdoor, and so far, turns out it's a gem. What I'm trying to say is that, on big companies that we dream working for, there are tons of bad teams/projects. So if you get rejected it's not the end of the world, prepare better for the next time and in the mean time maybe stay where you are or look for another less fancy company?
