Valero Energy refinery (Port Arthur) is not.
Which one blew up? And is it serious or just some common fire that happens in texas?
Regarding the fire today, Valero Port Arthur plant had a fire in December 2024. Valero's Three Rivers refinery had two fires in January 2025 alone, one hospitalizing workers with burns.
