ah, yes - "revenue." and where? you didn't even math it. i have no idea why every regard think this is some kind of sensible deal for amd. do you think any place would allow you to negotiate equity for *buying* their products? like, surely ford would be stoked to give me $1MM in $F shares per $1MM in purchases, right? all that revenue! who needs earnings and why *not* dilute, right? worse, nvda makes money hand over fist, has like 90% margins on their gpus... and amd's obsessed with margin (eg, selling zt), and yet - their dc gpus have lower margin than their own average. and now they're giving them away. it's the dumbest deal of all time and the first real bubble indicator for ai. how the hell do you give equity to your customer (who's owned by 20% nvidia and 30% microsoft, at that)?
