More like AI capex, wealth effect of the top 20% of consumers, 7% government deficits, and inflation continuing to rip at 4%, but yes the long answer is the bottom 80% have been in a recession going on \~3 years now and the nominal GDP numbers have made everything look ok because of those factors.
