OK, now apparently the theory is that someone from Brazil shot him. I can sort of see it, but there are so many factions in Brazil that that hardly narrows it down in terms of suspects or why. Edit: I don't think Brazil is a villain here. It's a huge country. At this point I feel like everyone is just dropping ideas and while some of them make sense, it's just all...well, I wouldn't be shocked if thw shooter was never found
