Re 4 Abaxx announced filing FBOT application in one of their investor reports around a year ago and Abaxx ceo posts on X indicate they are close. US government shutdown has stalled it a bit.
Re 5: Well you claim for example t+0 is just a simple phone call to warehouses. Why hasn't industry done it yet? Its very difficult but Abaxx has been building that tech for years already. I am more worried about a takeover than being out competed. Your same logic can be applied to Netflix and blockbuster. How did blockbuster lose that? Legacy and better capitalization does not mean they will out compete. In fact it's more likely they can't compete with their bloat and legacy systems compared to a nimble startup with a fresh teck stack with modern technologies.
