I agree, the rate cuts were already priced in at this point. Also next year if average American gets a larger tax refund due to tariffs and what not they’ll go out there and spend it driving inflation which counteracts the rate cut rn. Plus inflation will be more impacted by tariffs in the next 6-12 months as old inventory runs out and they start selling the newly tariff impacted goods. Rate cuts due to how bad the labor market, real estate and inflation could have negative impact.
