It’ll probably go down more IMO
Dell will invest in Intel imo
They don't give Ja Rule enough credit for the new ATHs on SPY and QQQ imo.
I made a lot today on LEAPS for them, IMO I think it’s just a safe bet with the way everything is going further and further towards automation. I’m doing LEAPS because I think it’ll be a slow but steady climb…although today contradicted that.
Oh I’m curious, do you think OPENDOOR is actually a good product? Personally imo, why would I ever buy a house without setting foot in it? Seeing the condition, FKN SMELLING IT. You know what I’m saying? Besides the obvious meme aspect of the stock, do you actually think it’s a good idea? Curious since you’re a real estate agent, I know a ton of real estate agents and feel like a big part of buying a home is meeting your agent and doing the tour, touring the neighborhood, etc, I don’t personally think OPEN can replace that, it’s such a big part of many people’s first time buying a home as well
IMO.. his point is pretty legit. he may be early with his prediction, but the warning is valid.
KVUE actually seems like a solid long term imo. J&J probably gave my grandma cancer though. so a little torn. but maybe I can make money off them like Gram woulda wanted.
no matter what happens there will be demand for healthcare, doesent matter how much prices rise people either pay or die (unfortunately) imo admin might be able to make temporary sinks in stock price but if your holding for a while it’ll be fine. i would prolly the buy the next dip
Would be better to do a 2x ETF like SSO or QLD imo.
The electricity for all these giant data centers seems like it would be the bottleneck imo. I don't really understand how they're going to do it. Building generation plants, substations, and transmission lines takes time. A lot of these big ones will need their own dedicated all of the above if they're consuming gigawatts. 1 gigawatt is enough to power roughly a million homes. I just don't get how they're going to build all of these things that fast. It can take years to build large transmission lines, substations, and generation plants.
