I suppose, if its cool to turn a single family neighborhood into a combo night club / gun range from 10 pm - 4 am without anyones consent, making sure nobody can sleep and causing kids to cry out in fear the 3rd time theyve been jolted awake to guns being fired off. Even cooler when its in the same neighborhood where 6 years ago a little girl was killed in her bed from a stray bullet. Sooo cool!
