I weirdly find it difficult to respond to this. The hubris. Sure, we do know what happens when the economy suffers. Anyone older than 55 has grown up through the stagflation of the 70s, the dotcom bubble, the great recession. Well... we're experience all three right now. Add to the stagflation, the ai bubble, and the credit stress --- global tariffs, a market decoupled from the economy that relies on the health of the mag 7, record debt and defaults, ai replacement, geopolitical tension, and now we're losing social programs that actually put America first while the government is shut down. Might as well add another pandemic since the CDC is strained and the population is anti-science. So... who really knows what is around the corner? I think it's pretty obvious to say it isn't a new golden age.
edit: jesus... you just live on wsb all day, huh?
