Bad deal? Read it bro. Secures 100bil revenue in the next 5 years, proves their product to others in the market and dilution depends on AMD market cap. If OpenAI gets their hands on the full 10% it's because they helped push AMD's valuation over the 1T threshold (120% gains as of today), and OpenAI pays in cash for the cards, giving AMD the more preferential value (liquidity>equity).
