Some of the plays I'm considering at EOD: Calls for COST and ABNB. Think Costco still has momentum and Airbnb will slowly recover from earnings drop. Puts for TSLA and XOM.

Nyc effectively banned abnb. Has negligible impact on rents or prices. All it did was shoot hotel prices up.

I like money so whichever way it leads I’ll follow with puts or calls That being said I for one am not happy about the impact of having a handful of ABNB homes in the neighborhood has had Prior to ABNB my whole neighborhood was friendly, we all knew each other to some small degree, always waved, very polite, community random BBQ’s and all sorts of little things It wasn’t like an all-the-time sort of deal, but the vibe was always good and well it actually does take a village to raise a society because once our community became slightly fragmented with random people and empty houses causing gaps between socializing the effect has been very noticeable The people that fly in and occupy are entitled, pretentious, and isolated They are people on vacation and carry that attitude when at someone else’s home Almost immediately all the community activity came to a halt. People became less comfortable as strangers would appear; shutting down the open atmosphere we were accustomed to Now people barely acknowledge each other let alone interact
